That's why I consistently focus on three things when it comes to agents:
Clear access and roles: tiered authorization concept, data minimization, and access control so that agents only see what they really need to see.
Transparency and quality control: AI content is labeled, sources and facts are checked, and a dual control principle applies to critical content.
Traceability: for agents, we pay attention to auditability, including clear policies and regular audits prior to rollout.
